Boca Research hosts it on their website. See "File Area 14" over here . Note that you must do a quick registration at the site before they will allow you to retrieve the drivers. Access to their ftp site requires a username/password. No biggie, though. Just so you know, you really shouldn't need a driver for an external modem...only the appropriate AT commands.

thank you for the download location. registration errors suggest that i haven't provided an url. there is no url field on the registration form. there is no contact number for registration support. these are not your responibility. thank you for your help...mel
