we have a 80's at & t system 25 that the hard drive was filled up by the call accounting we don't use and now our voice mail is down-the tech we had said because the hard drive was filled up and he could not access the computer he could not get into the computer to delete the call accounting or to fix the voice mail-any suggestions?

What kind of voicemail do you have? And why was the call accounting information going to the voicemail? Forget the last question, and just let me know what the voicemail system is you have.

Sorry Bork. That voicemail in not one I have worked on in the past. Good luck with your problem. One more thought, have you tried dialing into the switch remotely. That is a possibility on getting in to make any necessary changes. Good luck.

Try setting the clock back on the audix back 10 years, then reset. This has fixed problems for me that just started a few weeks back.
