I have a 6 port Northern Telecom VM system on a Norther Telecom Meridian phone system. I want to expand the voice mail system to 12 ports or more. I am having a hard time looking up the card I need to purchase for expansion. This is a fiber system too so it needs to be the fiber port expansion card for the vm system. I would like to find the part number for this also. Thanks

What you need is called Media Services Processor Expansion Card and The part no. is NTBB80AB .This will add 8 ports more as a hardware, but you need a key code to activate however ports you need.

Good Luck.

if you have 400 people on a MICS, sounds more like you need to upgrade the whole switch...go with option 11c.
