We took over maint. on a coupla of CICS systems that had Amandas. These systems have been in for a few years and the VM's are the @Workplace units. They intergrate very well with CICS with the message indidicators and what not, and they will terminate directly to the station ports without additional equipment. As far as reliabilty, they have survived FL lightening storms when the KSU's have not. The biggest drawback to me is needing the laptop to program, and it may be because I'm used to Flash and NVM 22, but for me it's difficult to make changes for the user and in my opionion it's not very user friendly.
