I have inherited a charity case, with a Partner Plus and an ESI Voice Works 16 voice mail/auto attendant.
I have located the User Guide and Administrator Guide, but not the Installation Manual.
This system seems to use "supervised" transfers from the auto attendant to the extensions, and if it doesn't sense an answer, it will retreive the call and send it to the mailbox.
Can it be set to do "blind" transfers, and rely on the Partner's "VMS Cover" to route unanswered calls to voice mailboxes, or can the number of rings before retrieving calls be changed? It seems to only give 2 rings before deciding that the transferred calls need to go to voice mail.
