We have an Octel smooth operator. It has 4 greetings: morning, afternoon, evening, and non-business. all the greetings work except the non-business. When it hits the non-business schedule, the only option is to leave a message. You are unable to transfer to an extension or press the ** for the company directory. How do we get this greeting to allow all the options.

Are you using the 'Greeting by Port' option (under Options Menu)? Sounds like the night-time Auto-Atnd menu is actually a mailbox call-blocked with a single-branch V-Tree that routes to a mailbox. If so, in the V-Tree, check the 'Attendant Menu' check box and delete the 'Go to Mailbox...' option.
Could also be your switch at night is sending callers to a specific mailbox?
