Hi: I'm installing Call Pilot 100. Max config, of 2 port 4 channels & 40 M-Bs. I'm trying to assign the ccr-1 to table-1 and it tells me incomplete tree. so I check all M-Bs for intialization and that all paths are built/assigned. yes the ccr is disabled. Is the c-p aa geting in the way? It is on. This C-P is working with a CICS 4x16 w/C-ID & 6.1 S-W.

First of all, did you see the Nortel forum? You might get some better answers in there.
I've only had the error message you mentioned when the CCR Tree isn't built. Are you sure you saved the tree after you built it? Is there a message recorded in the Home Menu? Thats about all I can think of.

No: I did not see the Nortel forum I will look for that. Yes I did save the tree best as I could tell. Yes I did record a greeting in the home menu. Thanks for your reply.

I have only seen that error when the tree has no paths. I would try saving the tree as tree 2,I have had that fix problems in the past.
