Hi everyone. Does anyone have any experience in Costa Rica? I have a customer here in Michigan who owns a factory in Costa Rica. He wants to get a Inter-Tel/ Mitel system (either a Axxess or a 5000) and take it down and install it himself. He is quite capable of doing it. I am hesitant about the Pots lines. Will the system have a problem with ring cadence, and or battery. Any ideas?
Thanks

I would be talking to Inter-Tel/ Mitel tech support and the sales rep about it to see if they had any customers down there

I'll talk to tech support. I do know the only listed Mitel dealer is in Panama. A shorter service call than from here LOL

I believe equipment has to be certified to interconnect to the PSTN in the the country its being used in , tech service should be able to let you know if the equipment is certified for connection in Costa Rico
