Any of you guys know a way to upgrade a key voice v/m from 4 ports to 8? Used to be a key voice dealer, but didn't sell enough, so am out in the cold on support (Bigdog3 has been a tremendous help...Thanks again!) Same deal with Comdial. Thanks in advance, Scott

First of all, you will need another 4-port board of same make.
Then, depending on your voicemail, you may or may not need an activation code to activate 4 more ports on the key. This will cost money. However, some voicemail systems came where they allowed up to 8 ports before needing this. One other thing that might hold you back is if it is a Windows voicemail, you may need to have a thing called Verify Boards turned off on the key. This used to be used to match the actual serial number of the board to that particular key.
