I have a site with a Comdial FXII with a PRI and an Interchange voice mail that I can't seem to get the follow me working. I can see it grab a line to dial out but it hangs up a few seconds later. I've tried Blind, Wait for answer and wait for ring. I can set this up in my office and it works every time aand the only diff is I dont have a PRI. Anyone have any ideas?

Set the follow me to wait for answer and at 12 rings. Make sure the line to line transfer is enabled in the switch.

What software rev is the customer???

The Interchange is rev 11 and the FXII is 17B. I'll try the wait for answer and let you know.

I forgot to check the software minimums at work but I think there was an issue that the FX had to have 17C or better to work.
