Hello all, I was given the responsibility of installing an Amanda Soho ( used, hard drive, not flash ). I'm pretty green with Amanda's and am having no luck finding local support. I have the manual, and can dial into Amanda, but when I attempt to log into box 999 the system hangs up on me, so apparently the admin password has been changed. I noticed a recessed "reset" button. Before I reset it I thought I'd better run it by the pro's to make sure that I am not going to open up a can of worms by doing this. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Found the answer. I was using the phone at my desk (ekt6510h). I found out that since I hadn't completely programmed the buttons on the ekt I had to dial *#* and the mailbox and security #'s.Hope this is helpful.
