I have recently come across a Key Voice Debut voicemail system. I am attempting to use it with an NEC DS1000. I have the manual but no software with it. Does anyone have/know where I can get the KeyLink software to program the unit?

I have 4 debuts that I can't get a heartbeat on. Does anyone have an ideas on how to get them working?

Welcome to the board Todd. You should probably start a new thread for this, it will get more attention and help keep the Q&A organized for searches. I don't fix them, I replace them or send them out for repair.
