Howdy Yall,
I have an Octel 100. We created a new standard mailbox for a user. She attempted to access it to initialize the mailbox and is prompted with "This mailbox is in use", we cannot delete the mailbox, edit it etc etc. It shows up on the uninit mailbox report. There are no ports on the system that are hung. Is there a trick to unbusy this mailbox short of rebooting the entire system? Should I give it a swift kick? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This occurs occasionally with Octel 100 (Smooth Operator). You can either shutdown and restart the PC or from the Octel 100 command window type RESTART at the > prompt.

Thanks for the advise. That did the trick. I tried everything else before and the mailbox just did not want to give it up. Again, Thanks
