This is a silly question but... I have a customer with a Maisoft voicemail that all of a sudden got stupid and won't allow me to put in the password that has worked for a year. Sounds like time for a new voicemail system! I know that Maisoft went out of business, is anyone supporting them? They didn't do so good with the support when they were in business!

My advice, upgrade. They went out and I know we had trouble finding support when we needed it. They were pretty good systems but going out of business is always a good reason to nudge someone to a new system/vmail. Since then we have or are replacing the ones we had in the field.
