m230-1 E3-3 D-1 is. It's on an old Active Voice Replay Voicemail. Thanks

Nope. Active-voice won't even tell NEC what those error codes mean. But your best course of action is to scandisk and defrag the hard disk drive.

I looked in my old Replay Plus service manual and it doesn't even list "error code m230" skips right over it..m229 and m231. Not sure whats going on...I think telephoneguy had the right idea...

The only place your going to find those error codes is if you can find an old Active Voice tech reference manual.

The M230-1 error makes reference to a missing $GREETING transaction box. Sounds like database corruption. Does your greeting box work?
