I guess I've only ever setup multilingual mode on Windows-based VM. I went to set it up on a DOS VM, and couldn't find any of the L directories. Are they not installed by default? Are they available on the install disks?
Thanks!

It's been a while and the only docs I have are for Version 8.1 but, as I recall, the pre-recorded prompts were all in the "P" directory and were only in English.
To use the multi-lingual feature, I think you have to first make a change to the VM.CFG file. Edit it so that "LANGUAGES = N" where n is the number of languages you want to support. The system then creates the L directory as subs of P for the number of additional languages you've chosen.
System Prompt 135 in the 'P' directory is the only one played when Verbatim answers. It defaults to "Press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish" so you won't need to change that unless you want to add another language.
Now you have to record the prompt library in each L directory. The DOS versions included a utility called RPROMPT that let you record custom prompts. Start that utility and select the 'NEW LANGUAGE' option to record in the prompts in Language 2.
Hope that helps.

Justin I guess I should check the voicemail forum a little more often. I have many different sets of prompts for the dos based keyvoice including a special set for concierge and Spanish. I will have to look for them since it's been a few years since I used them.

Yeah, it's Spanish that I'm looking for in this case (although I'd be interested in finding out what all you have). The boards are IVPC (Rhetorex), so the prompts would have to also be in that format.
