We had a power failure recently and ever since then the Our infostar VX/2 system has been out of commission. When I boot the system it appears to come up and then hits the "title" screen and stops with the following message:
ERROR OPEN [C:\mail\BTR\PRM.BTR] [Err 12] [file 7]
I hit a return and it continues to boot to the run dialog screen. Then I get the following:
Err p[1] missing company/Pbx info.
So I go to the utilities page and proceed to the pbx menu. I am entering the necessary info and hit f5 (save) and am met with the following:
Can't update or save [b-3]
I am running Infostar VXC version VXC7.5.
Any ideas on what could be blocking the save?
My first thought was that something (the directory)could be write protected but I can't seem see where that is the case.
Any suggestions?

I figured out what was going on. After I rebooted I did a ctrl-C and terminated the batch file that loads the system. I created a temp directory, and did a pkunzip of the btrf.zip file. I then copied the prm.btr file into the mail/btr directory and rebooted. Everything loaded correctly and the system is up and running.
Guess I should have waited before I posted the topic.
