We installed some WIN systems 12-18 months ago.
All had Smart Voice voice mails...
In the past few months, 3 of them took a dump.
Had to replace the flash ROMS.
Anyone else have this problem?

It was a common issue in the early release days, Win just swapped them out and "fixed" them and sold them again...

We noticed a lot failures on the Smartvoices as well. Seemed to be a pattern of them all having the same brand of Flash drive, which had no markings at all. They all were just a plain silver, with no stickers or markings of any kind.
I had pointed this out to tech support a couple of times and shortly thereafter they started getting shipped with a different brand drive. We have not had any fail with the new brand. yet...
