I'd like to see the incoming Caller ID in ViewMail and current don't. Does anyone know where to set this up?

The Caller number ID should be in the Subject Tab in viewmail if the PBX is sending it. Remember though, most PBX's will not send caller ID for a call that is transfered from an Auto-Attnedant or an Operator.
For example: DID call rings the phone then forwards to Vmail: should have at least number ID
Calls transfered from Operator or AutoAttendant usually don't show caller ID in viewmail.

Is it possible to plug a display phone where the voice mail would normally connect, and confirm that the set is getting caller ID??
