I haveing issues with some mailboxes their passwords dont work, and i need to change the main greeting. i have the manual but no program, the manual says i can call into the system under mailbox 70 to make changes but i cant figure out how to get into it, any ideas.

im trying to change the main greeting, its a Key
Voice Debut 4-D Gray box, ive gotten ahold of the keylink software but i still cant figure out how to dial into mailbox 70"supervisor mailbox" from a phone every phone i use just accesses the voicemail for that extension
