Hello Everyone, I am looking for a voice mail system that will attach to an NEC I-series and a mitel sx-200 running LW 17. (not a the same time I would have to buy 2) The options I need are as follows: 1. Overhead Paging on a per mailbox basis 2. Call Queing (with the ability to anounce to the caller what number they are in line) (also on a per mailbox basis) 3+. and of course the rest of the givin things such as: msg waiting lights (also dual greetings would be nice but definitly not required, one for N/A and one for Busy)
Thanks, Daniel

Wait a minute, I'm mildly baffled.
Overhead paging is a PBX feature, not voicemail. So is ACD, with or without call queuing.
What are you trying to accomplish?

Overhead paging can be done thru the voicemail. It is a code in the mailbox that dials the overhead page code.
I didn't read the queuing part. You may have to look at T3 to accomplish that.

Key Voice does the overhead page and the call queing via customer service box. It will tell the position in line.

VoiceGate also works well.
