I have a customer that lost all there programming on a DHS system and they have Aleen VME 4000. The company who installed the system is no longer in business. Does anyone know what the Leave, Retrieve and Disconnect settings are? I downloaded the manual but didn't find anything helpful.

Thanks

* is to leave MSG, # Retrieve MSG and Disconnect is digit you assigned to. But in the Menu script you may create your own digits for those actions by using drop down menu. Choose PBX and go to Wizard in Aleen. It will set up all functions automatically except Script menus.
