I have to reset a mailbox password but don't know what the admin box is or how to find it?
This is a Tie 4002 but I have been told it is a VMX voicemail system.

Tie? I don't remember that any Tie equipment had a VM integration. I don't even know what is Tie 4002 is? can you post a picture?

I found it. The TIE4002 is actually a VMX100. If memory serves me there is no way to reset passwords through an admin mailbox. You must connect to it with hyperterminal.
