Anyone ever messed with this voicemail. I have a customer that had this voicemail installed on a Toshiba DK 40 with out contacting us . It appears to have lost all programing , I need to find a manual. It is a brown box , all it say's is Prophet voice . The customer did have a users guide that says Momentum. Also the people who installed it are nowhere to be found.

you could try the CTL Momentum or NEC Vanguard version of the Momentum manuals. i would assume they are identical just as Executive voice had one that was identical to the NVM 202 and CTL Voice support. Just different ways to intergrate it.

All it say;s is Prophet Voice on it , it;s a brown box , the customer has ausers guide that says Momentum

Is this a PC based system or a flash memory unit. The later flash memory were the same as the Aleen but I think the older PC units were made by someone else.
