I have a customer who has a SoHo flash ver 406, when we try to set the holiday schedule for 2010 the system keeps voicing back 1910. We have tried 010110, 01012010, 01010010, no matter how we enter the 2 digit month, 2 digit day and 2 or 4 digit year it always says 1910. Anyone have any ideas. The system was brought new in june of 09 from TWAcomm, I have a call into them but the only tech they have that knows the system is on vacation, WOW! The time and date are currently correct for 2009 on the system and will take an entry liek 12252009 correctly.

Strange!! try using a single digit for the month instead of 2 digits, IE: 1 for January then the 2 digit day and 4 digits for the year

Found out from TWAComm that there is a problem with the prompt that plays and even though it says 1910 it is really 2010. Hope they are correct. I guess we shall soon find out.
Bopper thanks for the reply I did try that as well and it did the same thing. Happy New Year to all and hopefully this year is much better then 09.

The same with Sprint Protege Voice...it's the correct...except the voice prompt is incorrect. Glad it was an easy "fix"
