Can anyone help me to change the recording for the night phone? Right now our night phones are set to a recording that has the wrong hours. The woman who used to take care of all of out phone issues is no longer with our company and of course, no one can find a manual. Thanks!!  [Edited to add more specific info in Subject. ~Justin]

Do you know what kind of phone system and voice mail you have? Impact phones work on several different systems and there are many voice mail systems that are compatible as well.

GCA70-281 is what the Impact Station User Guide says.
The only thing I can find on our voicemail is a user guide for Digital Speech Systems, Inc. (no help what so ever about the night phones). That says WIN/TMX/UNIVOICE Series.

Can you find the actual equipment, to provide more information than what's on the Users Guides? I've not personally heard of that particular voicemail system.

That's a 3rd party voice mail system..Justin would this fit better under the voicemail category? if so it's all yours.
kip..you could google Digital Speech..which is the software manufacturer, it's the first site....I'm bettin your going to need a password, then again we may get lucky and somebody here knows that system and pops in.
