I am new to the subject as I inherited some new responsibilities recently, one of which is to add and remove employees from our phonemail system. We are using ROLM PhoneMail SE.
To my knowledge in order to do this I must dial into the PhoneMail system, transfer to the auto-attendant, and then I should be prompted to enter a username and password. I am assuming I am doing something if not everything wrong because I can never establish a connection.
Once again I am new to the subject so if anyone could assist it would be much appreciated.
