Dumb question but does anyone know what pins on a leviton quickport cat 5 connector, a 4 wire t-1 terminates to.

T-1 service uses 1-2 and 3-6. if you are extending a T-1, make down all pairs. Look at a T-1 like a big ethernet you're going to attach to!

I seem to recall that T1 uses 1/2 and 4/5 (the blue and orange pairs in a 568-B cable) It also depends if you need RJ-48C,S, or X for your equipment. See: https://www.arcelect.com/RJ48C_and_RJ48S_8_position_jack_.htm
