Ok I am sorry, I think I didn't explain the core business laugh I am trying to make the automated calls. Now my boards are analog and I have developed the software for them so I am very much dedicated to analog unless I develop the software for digitals.
All I need to do is to make OUTBOUND calls.
Thanks

I've been in the industry for nineteen years now. If I were in your shoes with my industry knowledge, I'd still hire a vendor with the right expertise to handle this. A little mistake can cause a lot of pain.

Yes but I really don't think we can afford it as of right now. So it comes up to me.

Also I have recieved a paper form the carrier company asking me the technical information. I was wondering if someone can help me on this too

DS1 Quantity

Line Coding D4/AMI B8ZS
Framing SF ESF
Wiring 2 Wire 4 wire
Jack Type Smartjack RJ48C
Other

DS3
Wiring: 2 Wire 4 Wire Coax Fiber
Line Coding: D4/AMI B8ZS
Framing: SF ESF
Framing: Cbit Parity M1/3 Clear Channel
Is it sonet: No Yes

What I need to know that what are the differences between these types are. I think that it depends on the mux's that I purchase.
However what I would love to know is that which of them has more advantage on the other.

Thanks

With that type and amount of equipment you can't afford not to hire an expert to help you. You may want to start developing the software for digital at that type of usage it would make more sense.

What are the telephony cards your're interfacing with?

Dialogic cards are the same programming APIs wheter it's digital or analog. To service all these analog lines, you;d need hundreds of dialogic cards, and they're not cheap! Not to mention when you add up the cost of all the Adtran equipment to demultiplex it...

If you can afford all this hardware what's a little extra to get a qualified tech to puzzle it out FOR you!??!?!?!

I'd guess that you're looking at a couple hundred thousand dollars in equipment. The tech may be as little as 2% of that...
