What is common practice when ordering a PRI. Do you get a cut sheet of the provisioning of the PRI from the carrier?

Thanks!

Provisioning on a PRI or standard voice T1 usually takes between 30-45 days (longer for rural areas). Communication on how the installation is progressing depends on the carrier and/or broker you use. Some carriers send numerous email updates throughout the process and others are fairly quiet until test/turn-up. Either way you should always have advance notice of the provisioning steps and estimated time-frames, whether via cut sheet or other method.
