We have PTP non PRI T1's. I want to replace the T1 citcuit, but not the T1 card. Need a blackbox that takes SIP in sends T1 out.

Could you elaborate on "replace the circuit but not the card" part a bit?

Adtran makes a good box that takes SIP trunks and makes the PBX use them as a T-1/PRI, so does Epygi and others.

Some carriers can provide SIP over T1 via a gateway box at your premise. It functions as a carrier managed solution which would not require the purchase of additional equipment. Not sure if this is what you're looking for however.
