Cutover to new PRI, we can recieve inbound calls but outbound doesn't work. The carrier said we need to enable or they want to see CALL PARTY END.
What does CALL PARTY END mean????

You will get more help if you post what phone system your PRI is connected to.

Carrier is Pay tech the IPBX is ShoreTel.
I just thought that someone may know what Call Party End means.
