DDNS works great through the Linksys, I have been running it for about a year now. Their services provide a lot of flexibility as far as ports on email etc.

2 Linux boxes & https://www.ipsec-howto.org Hasn't dropped in over a year. (except for ISP failure) I have it connecting 3 branches to homebase on bargain basement Dells.
