I ran across this thing today but couldn't open it up very far because of shelves in front of it. It was about 6' tall, 4' wide and about 1' in depth. Blue and gray with maybe 20 or 30 amphenol connectors inside the right hand side cabinet. I couldn't look in the left hand side to see whether it was mechanical or electronic. Maybe a small x-bar or something?
External power supply with 40vdc and 100vdc outputs.

Not at all. I thought it was still in service.
