I am Having Problem with SV8100 Desktop Suite R4. Everytime I connect with the Desktop there is an error message " Cannot connect to CTI sever, Serve may be down". This also causes the system not to synchronise the BLF with the Desktop Suite. What can be the problem? :confused:
