We had a user change her password and then leave the organization. How do I go about changing that unknown password back to the default? (our systems person is out of the office for an un disclosed period of time, so I have no master passwords if any)

What kind of voice mail? Should be a Small Office or VVP. If so,plug in a monitor and keyboard and hit F10, password will probably not be required, so just hit enter, then "mailbox", then you will see an option to reset password. Good luck!

You'll need the admin password. Then delete that box and re enter or add it, it will then be back to default. Sounds like you need to get in touch with your system administrator. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]
If your looking to get a back door password you won't get in this forum for the simple reason we don't know who were talking to and you might be an evil twin who could really cause some damage to a company, if you were torked at em for some reason or another or maybe ya just got fired...Ya just never know.
Sorry, I hope you can understand. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]

added:
Or do what Chuck said, if you have access to the hardware..but you may still need to know the admin password.
