I have lost the ability to print out smda reports from a pkl 16/32 system. I am having the same problem on 4 identical systems. I believe I waited too long to print out reports and some switch has been flipped. Any Ideas out there?

Make sure you have your settings right, what happens when you try it, check baud rates to make sure they match. If its on 4 identical systems then you more than likely have a setting wrong.

What system or systems are you running at the four locations. It is really wierd that all four no longer print.

<font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by dtmf: What system or systems are you running at the four locations. I feel that the problem occured because I did not print out a report for some time and I did not have the printer turned on so that it could print auto when the buffer filled up. So I feel some switch somewhere is turned off and needs to be reset, but I can't find it. Any ideas would be great.

The pkl 16/32, is this the phone system or the printer. Or are you talking about a Comdial 14/32 with printers on them?
Thank You Site Admin.

the 16/32 is the comdial system. I have a serial printer hooked up to the units. <font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by guru: The pkl 16/32, is this the phone system or the printer. Or are you talking about a Comdial 14/32 with printers on them? </font>

I'm assuming that you have a Impact DSU 1632. If I'm right try this.
Intercom *#076# Speaker see if it prints the info.
Thank You Site Admin.
