Please help! We have a Comdial Impact 12 digit phone stuck in wrap up. From that station the phone is blinking on DND. From all other stations it looks like she is in DND. Does anyone know what we need to press to take it out of wrap up (that's what the screen says she is in). We unplugged the phone & it still is stuck in wrap up. Thanks to anyone who has suggestions.

Press Hold then DND and the phone will return to on-duty mode.
