DTMF - I received three of the five manuals before my HOTMAIL account was maxed out. I'm missing manual #2 and #5. The other three have are now on my desktop.

Could I ask you to resent them or provide and FTP where I can get them directly?

One improvemnt I di find in the manual is to setup my dial by name directory to GO TO BOX instead of GOODBYE. When callers tried to spell a lastname and were incorrect it would say GOODBYE - that pi**ed people off. Now it brings them back to try again.

Next step - after they leave a message I think I can have the announce come back on and give them the option of hanging up or going back to the name directory.

I have the menu in front of the mailbox and looped the callers to go back to main menu after leaving a message.

I've also found by using differnt class of service numbers I can configure specific exts to go to different O 'Operator' mailboxes. I'm sure this isn't what it was meant for but it solves the problem.

SO I'm set for a few days. Thanks to everyone for their help!
