I have a 2 Port Debut that has 9983 Extn Indentifier picking up on both ports.
Not at the same time. One after another????

If this is a version 8.5 Software. there is a line in the vm.cfg file that allows for the system to automaticaly ID the Comdial DSU II Ver 7 system and build all the mailboxes.
If you do not have a Comdial DSU II Ver 7 you will need to delete this line in VM.cfg file.
; This line implements auto-install for the DSU II
