can anyony tell me how to forward busy/no answer on the dx-80?

Extention call forward can be found on page3-43 of the DX80 manual. Pre-Defined call forward (used primarily for voice mail) is on page 3-51. Your answer depends on what you are trying to accomplish.Forward to Voice mail or just in house forwarding. Ping my email if you need a walk through, I'll be glad to help. mark

Oh, The simple answer is feature 2 will take you to the CF varibles for the individual extention you dial it on. mark

If you are having persons manualy answering co lines and wanting calls transfered to extension and then routeto voicemail on ring no answer or busy, set pre defined forwarding in programming to VM UCD group number.
If you have the VM set up to answer as an auto attendant set the VM subscribers box to blind transfer and use the DX 80's recall timer to pull the call back to VM.
