At present, my telephone is programmed not to ring. I want it to ring in my office when we have incoming calls so I can help answer the phone. How do you get it to do this?

What system do you have?
Executech, DXP, FX.
If you look on the side of your key unit there will be a tag...tell us what the model is. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]

I have an Executech II. As for numbers--I have 6600-FB and 0001272462. Are any of those numbers right?

that's good on the phone (6600)
You have a KSU (key service unit) that runs the phones, we need to know what model that is. There are about 3 or 4 different Executech systems and they all program just a little different. Don't want to give you the wrong program, it will just frustrate ya.
Now go look on that tag, the ksu is probably in a phone closet somewhere in your office or building. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]

we'll also need to know what ext. # the phone is (intercom #) that needs programmed, so we program the correct phone/

Again, I'm not sure if I am getting the correct numbers. The Comdial box in our phone room has K2264 and SN1200660. There is a smaller box the same color of the Comdial box that has SN2562569 on it. Are these any good for you? My telephone # is 817-293-1350 Ext. # 144.

OK, you have a 2264 and the smaller one is the power supply, I hope you have a DSS along side station 110, you will need it. Are you at all familiar with programming this system? I can post the program string for ya.

DSS - That would be the box that has all the extensions on it, right? If so, we have one alongside Ext. 110. I am not familiar with any programming. I have never had a full time job here before to need to know. But
go ahead and string it on me. I might be able to figure it out.

3. Dial the station port you want to program 010 - 073 (port 010 = station 110 and so on)
4. Press C40 for Rining Line Pref
