My company is moving back into a branch location we subleased for a year and everyone has forgotten or lost the documents on how to program the comdial phone system system. Can anyone help me out?

Are you looking for the system manuals or just the user guide for the SCS phone set, I can email you the user guide and you can find all the manuals by clicking on the Manauals button at the top of the page.If your looking for the system manuals besure you know what system you have.

I have the System Reference Manual and the user's guide but they say nothing about setting up the night ring and day ring voice mail system. The phone system is a Compdial Impact SCS 8312S and it uses the Key Voice - Voice Processing System.

FYI: My knowledge is limited when it come to TELCO. Give me an IBM X Series Server to configure and I'm in heaven.

The SCS 8312S is a telephone model not the system. They will work on a few different systems. Whats your System Ref. manual say.
You may have a DXP, DXP Plus, FX

The 8300 series work on the Go ksu with I think 20A or higher (software)
and the DXP with ver. 12 or higher.

If it's an Impact system you will see sticker on the side with the system # and the software modual is on the top left in the slot.
