I'm extremely new to Comdial systems, but am trying to determine the model of one that I only have dial-in access to. I've printed the System COS info, and nothing in there seemed to help. I looked up the system Software revision and it told me it was on 06A. Where do I go to get a serial number or PBX model?

It is on a little white tag on the of the switch. the 06A software sounds like a DSU II. Its been a while for me but I believe the header at the top of the splash screen wehn you first login gives you the configuration. Also I think 17 under system gives thsoftware and config.

When you first log in, do you just get INPUT PASSWORD or do you get a banner screen that show DXP?
