got a wierd problem - when dx80 customer goes in to listen to saved messages, when they press 2 to play the saved messages they get dial tone? Regular co line dial tone and not there messages. Any suggestions?

I believe what you are hearing is recorded dial tone which is the result of a hang-up. If you have positive disconnect activated by your line provider this will only happen occasionally, if not it will be more frequent. mark

That's what I thought, but these are saved messages, ones that they have heard already and wanted to save for future reference.

email me with the phone number that will put me to the main greeting and the ext. number of the VM this is occuring on and I'll call in and see what's going on. mark
