Ilost the visual voice mail support on a Comdial J1632...can we change com ports to get it back up? The programming is enabled for the visual voicemail support, but its not working anymore...How can I get this back up?

you can use com 1 or com 2 on the DSU 2 (J1632) in the manual, page 2-86 and 87.
Have you done any troubleshooting to see what's not working? Could be as simple as the line cord your using.
