Our techcian at this site said the client has a FCT1242 reception phone, and the phone system itself was larger than a Server. We have the client listed as a Comdial FXT. I had originally asked a question about how to connect the MOH to their RJ11 port and got my answer, but now the tech is telling me about the system. He said he called Comdial tech support and they told him the system was "too old for our database." We are trying to install MOH at this site and just need to know where to plug in the MOH - see my previous email for more info. Thanks!

plug in a 6 or 4 for that matter conductor line cord into the port marked MOH/Page, connect your music source to the Black Yellow.
