Our tech is on site installing moh on a Comdial DXP. Everything is installed, but there are tones on-hold - not the message on the moh device. Is there additional programming needed?

yes, you need to go to the line programming and set the music from tone to source one or source two. depending on which source you are using.

connect to the system with a laptop using the VMMI software. Click on switch, connect to, enter password, enter. go to lines, then line programming, then line attributes, set the music on hold option. save & close out. Write the invoice. mark
