OP IOHI Tech Support Member Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 100 Tulsa, OK USA	Our tech is on site installing moh on a Comdial DXP. Everything is installed, but there are tones on-hold - not the message on the moh device. Is there additional programming needed?

Click on switch, connect to, enter password, enter. go to lines, then line programming, then line attributes, set the music on hold option. save & close out.
