One of our operators attempted to do a station monitoring to another operator. She must have dialed something other than #03 because the other phone's LCD began to display "Call 'Station Name'" Well, I managed to clear that, but would like to know how she did it because we could use that feature. Any ideas?

The feature is in your user guide as "message waiting" *3 and the intercom number turns it on. I think calling the station turns it off and so does #3 and the calling stations number
